Get to know Øyvind 

Hi, I’m Øyvind. I help people lose weight by working with the brain, not against it.

I know what it’s like to struggle with weight. I’ve lived it.

For years, I fought my way down the scale. I eventually lost the weight and kept it off, but it never felt natural. Every day was a battle. Constant control. Relentless effort. It worked on paper, sure – but inside, it felt wrong. I was tired of always fighting against myself.

As a certified personal trainer and weight loss specialist, I helped others drop a few kilos, build muscle, and get healthier. That part came easy. But I kept running into the same frustrating wall: the people who really struggled. The ones who had tried everything. Every diet. Every program. Every supplement. And still… the weight kept coming back.

Despite all my knowledge, I couldn’t help them. And that made me obsessed.

 

So I went deeper, much deeper.

I spent years studying thousands of pages of research. Neuroscience. Psychology. Biology. Behavior change. I tested every method I could find. I failed. I learned. I tried again.

And somewhere along the way, I discovered the real reason so many people stay stuck:

It’s not about willpower. Not laziness. Not even food. 

It’s the brain...

Before I started helping others full-time, I served five years in the military and spent nearly a decade as a police officer in Norway. I know what real motivation looks like. I know discipline. I know psychology – not just from books, but from years of experience in high-pressure situations where mental strength isn’t optional.

So when I say I understand how the brain works and how to create change that lasts – I mean it.

 

Eventually, I cracked the code.
