We are committed to providing high-quality, science-based resources to support your weight loss journey. Our programs are designed to empower you with tools, knowledge, and guidance, but they are not a substitute for individualized professional medical or psychological care.

2. Use of Website and Content

All content on this site — including text, videos, downloadable materials, graphics, and coaching content — is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, reproduce, republish, or transmit any content without prior written permission.

• Use content for commercial purposes.

• Modify or remove any trademark, copyright, or proprietary notices.

All content is the sole property of MindTheWeight and its founder Øyvind Greve (Org.nr: 988173029), and is protected under Norwegian and international intellectual property law. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove any content or service at any time without prior notice.

3. Access and Account Use

 You must be 18 years or older to use this site or purchase any product or service. Access to paid content is personal and non-transferable. Any misuse, unauthorized sharing of content, or abuse of our services may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for eligible course purchases. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, provided you have engaged with the course content in good faith.

To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected]. A brief conversation via phone or Teams may be requested to better understand your experience. Refunds are processed promptly after review.

Note: This policy does not apply to 1:1 coaching, live sessions, or customized programs.

5. Medical and Psychological Disclaimer 

MindTheWeight is owned and operated by Øyvind Greve, a certified personal trainer with additional education in weight reduction. However, he is not a licensed medical doctor or mental health provider.

Nothing on this website, in the course, or in associated coaching should be considered medical advice or used to diagnose or treat any condition.

We strongly recommend that you consult your doctor or a qualified health professional before starting any weight loss, diet, supplement, or exercise plan. Participation in our programs is voluntary and at your own risk.

MindTheWeight and its representatives shall not be held liable for any injuries, health issues, or other outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of information provided.

6. Mental Health Consideration

This program is not intended as treatment for eating disorders, depression, anxiety, or any other psychological condition. If you are struggling with your mental health, we encourage you to seek support from a licensed mental health professional.

7. Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR) 

We respect your privacy and handle all data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Purchase and course engagement history
